Mac Apps: Terms & Refunds

Products and prices

Every payment is one-time; there are no subscriptions. The apps download from eren.click as DMGs.

• Afterimage: free for 30 days, then a one-time $14.99 / TRY 699.99. One license covers 3 Macs.
• Dormouse: free for 14 days, then a one-time $4.99 / TRY 229.99. One license covers 3 Macs.
• Desktop Gull: the app is free. The Costume Pack is a one-time $1.99 / TRY 89.99.
• Lidtone: free. An optional support payment of any amount, from $1 / TRY 49.99.

Payment

You buy on Polar's checkout page. Payments are processed by Polar (polar.sh), the merchant of record for these sales, and your receipt comes from Polar. Your card details never reach me or the app.

License

When you buy, Polar gives you a license key; paste it into the license section of the app's Settings. Your key and receipts are always on your Polar customer page (polar.sh/erenclick/portal).

Afterimage and Dormouse licenses cover 3 Macs. When you leave a Mac, choose “Remove from This Mac” in the license section and the slot moves to your new one.

Refunds

Within 14 days of purchase you get a refund, no questions asked. This covers licenses, the Costume Pack and support payments.

Polar handles refunds: ask through the link in your receipt email or on your customer page (polar.sh/erenclick/portal). If you get stuck, write to destek@eren.click.

Trials and updates

You can use the paid apps in full during their trial before you buy. Updates come through the app itself, from eren.click; each app asks you before it installs a new version.
