Cancellation, Refund & Withdrawal
This page explains the framework for scheduling, changes and consumer rights for one-to-one sessions.
LAST UPDATED / 17 OCTOBER 2026Current status
Online booking and payment are not yet active, so no distance service contract can currently be formed through the site. Before checkout is enabled, the service characteristics, mandatory provider identity and contact details, tax-inclusive total price and remedy routes will be shown before payment.
Payment and contract formation
Once online payment opens, the selected service scope, date and time, mandatory provider identity and contact details, total tax-inclusive price, withdrawal information and remedy routes will be shown immediately before payment confirmation. The final action that creates a payment obligation will be labelled clearly, and the pre-contract information and distance-service agreement will be delivered on a durable medium.
A booking will become final only after payment succeeds and a confirmation message is sent. Failed, incomplete or expired payment attempts will not create a booking.
Scheduling policy
One-to-one sessions last 45 minutes and take place on Google Meet. Requests made at least 24 hours before the session qualify for a refund or one free reschedule.
Statutory withdrawal
Consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from a distance service contract. If performance is requested before that period ends, the checkout flow will collect the required express request; the right may end once the service has been fully performed under the applicable rules. The 24-hour operational policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Requests
Cancellation, rescheduling, refund or withdrawal notices may be sent in writing to erenexxe@gmail.com. Include the name, email address and session date used for the booking. Statutory consumer dispute routes remain available.
