Data controller and contact

Eren Özgür is the data controller under Türkiye's Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698. Data-protection requests may be sent to erenexxe@gmail.com.

Data processed

• Name, email address and discussion topic shared through contact or session forms.
• Request, booking, cancellation and support correspondence.
• Limited technical logs that hosting services may generate for site security.

Collection method

The session form prepares an email draft in your browser using your name, email address, topic and preferred date and time. Form details are not sent to the site server or persistently stored by the site. Open email app passes the draft to your device's email application; Open Gmail passes it to Google's compose page. The recipient receives the information when you send the draft from your email application. Hosting infrastructure may also generate limited security logs.

Purpose and legal grounds

Data is processed to answer requests, plan sessions, conduct pre-contract steps, maintain security and meet legal duties, relying on contract formation or performance, legal obligation and legitimate-interest grounds where applicable.

Visit measurement

Two cookie-free measurement services show how the site is used in aggregate: Cloudflare Web Analytics for page views and page speed, and Umami Cloud for events such as opening a session package, clicking a store link or switching language. Neither stores cookies or a persistent identifier on your device, and no name, email address or form content is sent to them.

During measurement, technical details such as IP address, browser and device type, referring page and visited URL reach these providers' servers outside Türkiye and are used only to produce aggregate statistics. A content blocker in your browser stops the measurement.

Transfers and retention

Email, Google Meet, hosting and payment providers may support communications and sessions. The data categories, recipient groups and any legal basis for international transfers will be determined and described here before the relevant service is activated. Online payment is not yet active. Data is retained only for the period required by its purpose and applicable law, then deleted, destroyed or anonymised.

Your rights

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may ask whether your data is processed, request information, correction, deletion or destruction, learn recipients, object to automated-analysis outcomes and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Requests should include enough information to verify identity and understand the request.
